Due to the way that Substack lays out their articles, it isn't so easy to read them beginning with number 1. Unfortunately, you won't get the full benefit of my lessons if you don't start with number 1. This is because some of my most critical lessons are among the early ones. They are foundational. What I am teaching now builds on those lessons.

If it makes it easier to read them one at a time, you can sign up to receive the lessons by email. You will receive just 2 a week, beginning with lesson 1. To sign up for this option, simply send an email to chapter2tonya@gmail.com with the word "Subscribe” in the subject line.

Of course, I won't be sharing nor selling your email address. I don't have any profit motive in writing these articles. I do it for the love of this lifestyle and out of deep appreciation for the people who pointed the way for me. I am forever grateful.
